Clayco is developing the infrastructure and pad-ready building sites for up to 8.5 million-square-feet adjacent to the CSX intermodal facility in Winter Haven, Florida. Clayco is also the construction manager of the first 407,000-square-foot warehouse facility on-site. This warehouse is designed to accommodate up to 4 separate tenants, with 40 different dock positions. Lamar Johnson Collaborative is the architect.
