Woods Mill Commons III

Woods Mill Commons was the first speculative office project to be built along the Highway 40 corridor since 1988.

Clayco completed an 87,500-square-foot speculative office building on a six-acre site in Chesterfied, Missouri. Built at a time when the demand for new office construction was at its peak, Woods Mill Commons was 100 percent pre-leased before completion.

Woods Mill Commons was the first speculative office project to be built along the Highway 40 corridor since 1988. The exterior of the four-story, structural steel building features a red brick masonry facade punctuated by gray-tinted window panels over a faux limestone base. An arched, 45-foot-high glass curtainwall system marks the entrance to the common lobby, which blends two types of polished granite tiles with carpeting.

A drive-under garage and surface lots provide parking for 435 vehicles, creating a parking ratio of five spaces per 1,000 square feet. The tract surrounding the building is heavily landscaped with beds of annual and perennial flowers and extensive trees and shrubs.
