Zenith Ridge at SouthPointe

The Zenith Ridge buildings are uniquely positioned to enhance their presence from the Interstate 79 corridor to the south and to optimize views of the surrounding Pittsburgh hillside for tenants.

Clayco completed three state-of-the-art office buildings for Burns & Scalo Real Estate Services in Southpointe II, a 117-acre master-planned, mixed-use development. Building I was a 183,000-square-foot, build-to-suit project for ANSYS, an engineering simulation software company. Buildings II and III are each 151,000 square feet and were built on a speculative basis. Both are now leased. The five-story buildings were constructed using tilt-up wall panels clad in brick masonry with metal cornice accents.

Clayco pursued LEED Certification for these buildings. They feature highly efficient floor plates designed to work with multi-tenant configurations and column-free exterior walls. Floor-to-ceiling glass around the perimeter allows abundant natural daylight.

A campus setting was created through building sitting, landscape design, and pedestrian links between the buildings. The Zenith Ridge buildings are uniquely positioned to enhance their presence from the Interstate 79 corridor to the south and to optimize views of the surrounding Pittsburgh hillside for tenants.
