People Above All Else

Clayco recently began the safety awareness campaign, Work Safe. Live Safe. 24/7, and started with an emphasis on the safety core value of FOCUS. In this quarter, we shift our attention to the safety core value of ETHICS, which we define as the moral principles that govern a person’s behavior. At Clayco, we believe that every individual deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. We expect everyone on a Clayco project to do their part and behave in a professional manner in line with Clayco’s Code of Conduct.

Clayco understands that safety doesn’t stop at minimizing physical dangers, but we must also mitigate factors that disrupt the emotional and psychological safety of workers. Our Field Focus workforce development and jobsite culture program, emphasizes the practices and training needed to increase mental wellbeing, productivity and safety on our jobsites.

In the coming months, we will review best practices, provide coaching tips and resources to help create a safer and more inclusive jobsite culture. You can access those resources on this page, as they are available.

It is up to each of us to help Clayco live out the safety core value of ETHICS by putting people above all else!
