Clayco and Balke Brown Associates have completed the 255 Logistics Center – Building One in Sauget, Illinois. The 502,500-square-foot facility was constructed using tilt-up concrete exterior walls with a single-ply roof. The distribution facility features 32-foot clear heights, ESFR fire protection, cross dock capabilities, a summer ventilation system and 75 trailer parking spaces. The site’s central location provided great distribution access throughout the Midwest.
