Clayco has completed this 978,120-square-foot distribution center for 3M. This project is located in DeKalb’s Park 88 Commercial Logistics Park, and serves as the largest logistics center for 3M in the United States. The location of 3M’s Park 88 center is a key transportation hub for the company, with convenient access to a multitude of interstates and local airports.

Constructed of precast concrete over structural steel, the facility features additional fire protection, an in-rack sprinkler system, specialized mechanical and electrical systems, and storage areas that house red-label products. This is the third facility that Clayco has constructed for 3M.
