Clayco completed construction on an eight-story residential building in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The project started after existing buildings were demolished and was completed in 2015.

The 185,000-square-foot residential apartment building features a two-story parking garage with 130 parking spaces and 164 units ranging from studio apartments to one or two bedroom units.

The complex received a LEED Silver certification. The were designed to rain gardens retain storm water and materials were used from recycled content.
