Kali Hotel
The 12-story hotel will provide 300 guest rooms and luxury amenities.
—
The Kali Hotel will be located in the heart of Hollywood Park, a 298-acre entertainment district in Los Angeles. The 485,700-square-foot hotel will overlook Lake Park towards SoFi Stadium and YouTube Theater, with walkable access to the Intuit Dome and Kia Arena. The groundbreaking will take place in October 2024.
Clayco is the builder of the project, and LJC will serve as the architect. The Kali hotel blends the iconic architecture and cultural heritage of Los Angeles with a modern twist, creating homage to the city’s storied past while embracing the innovation of the 21st century, representing glamour for the new generation.
The fusion of old and new provides a fresh interpretation of LA’s unique identity, making it both timeless and forward-thinking. Designed to create a unique skyline, the hotel’s cascading suites form a distinctive silhouette. The base opens up, serving as a gateway to Hollywood Park. Guests can enjoy a range of luxury experiences, including a spa, pool deck, and rooftop lounge. The hotel will also include a six-story parking garage. The modern design and prime location will offer guests convenient access to major attractions, making it a premier destination for travelers.
Construction on the project will begin in the fall of 2024 and is expected to be delivered by Summer 2026.
