Clayco built a new multi-family rental project called the AM 1980 Residences at the intersection of Milwaukee and Armitage Avenues in Chicago.

The building is located in the popular neighborhoods of Wicker Park and Bucktown and is approximately 132 units with 20 parking spaces, taking advantage of Chicago’s new TOD ordinance. Construction started in the summer of 2017 and was completed in the summer of 2018.

Strategically located just west of the heart of Bucktown and Wicker Park, and just south of the booming Logan Square neighborhood, the project has amazing transit access to the city and O’Hare airport. The site enjoys easy access to shopping, restaurants and nightlife in the popular Chicago neighborhoods. The 606, Chicago’s new biking and walking trail, provides block after block of uninterrupted trails as an additional amenity to the site.
