This 1,033,500-square-foot project for Ace Hardware is a warehouse and office facility in Visalia, California. Developed by Seefried Industrial Properties, LJC and Clayco were the design-build team for the new distribution center. The project reached substantial completion in November 2022 and also included 80 acres of sitework and utilities, as well as offsite work.
