Located on the southern edge of Fresno, Clayco built an Amazon Fulfillment Center that covers nearly 78-acres of land within the North Pointe Business Park industrial complex. Construction on the 855,000-square-foot facility began in the summer of 2017 and was completed 11 months later. Including both onsite and offsite improvements, the building also includes 1,278,672 square feet of indoor mezzanine space.

During peak times, the fulfillment center ships over 1 million packages per day and has created over 3,500 jobs within the immediate area.

Dermody Properties and Seefried Industrial Properties both served as developers for this large-scale, fast-track project.
