The Andersen Corporation selected CRG, LJC, and Clayco as the develop-design-build team for this new manufacturing plant in Locust Grove, Georgia. The company’s full-service window replacement division, Renewal by Andersen, will operate the facility.
The project was designed to support Andersen Windows’ production operations and includes specialized systems such as dust collection, compressed air, humidification and an automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS) with enhanced slab and fire protection requirements. The facility is Andersen’s first manufacturing facility in Georgia and provides the capacity to expand in future years to support additional Andersen enterprise product lines. Construction was completed in late 2024.
