The Andersen Corporation selected CRG, Lamar Johnson Collaborative and Clayco as the develop-design-build team for this new manufacturing plant in Locust Grove, Georgia. The company’s full-service window replacement division, Renewal by Andersen, will operate the facility.
Andersen’s new facility represents a $420 million investment to the region and is estimated to create 900 jobs at their new location. Construction will begin in 2023 with operations beginning in 2025. The announcement represents the largest economic development project to date in Henry County history.
Clayco and the Andersen Corporation celebrated the groundbreaking of the Renewal by Anderson manufacturing and distribution project. The project will be Andersen’s first manufacturing facility in Georgia and will provide the capacity to expand in future years to support additional Andersen enterprise product lines.
