Clayco completed the 136,890-square-foot Annex Lofts, comprised of 77 loft apartments. The building enjoyed brisk pre-sales as owners specified interior finishes that complemented this 1920s-era building. All units have large main room windows and floating floor systems, along with providing secure storage lockers. Many units are customized with step-up living rooms and loft bedroom areas, including some with clerestory windows. Studio, one-and-two-bedroom units are available and feature an open kitchen and dining area, flexible space for living room and home office, washer-dryer hookups, spacious closets and soundproofed walls for added privacy. The structure’s exterior flaunts exposed brick, high ceilings and striking support columns.
