Through the integrated approach of Clayco, this Greenville County build-to-suit distribution center and warehouse will cover over 432,000 square feet and be occupied by Bausch + Lomb upon completion. Construction began in early 2017 and is expected to be occupant-ready in October of the same year.

Included in the 432,000-square-foot facility will be a 38-foot clear height temperature controlled warehouse, an ESFR sprinkler system, 42 loading docks, 101 trailer spaces, 94 auto spaces, an expansion pad adjacent to the building, and a drive-in door.

Lamar Johnson Collaborative is the architect on the project, while CRG and Gramercy Property Trust partner to deliver the Class-A pharmaceutical warehouse.
