Clayco completed a 90,000-square-foot distribution center for Boise Building Solutions. Located in the Santa Rosa Industrial Park, the new structure features 10,000 square feet of office space and 80,000 square feet of warehouse space. The tilt-up structure also features 24-foot clear heights and 15 acres of site paving and rail spur. Clayco completed the design-build and interior finish work for the project.
