As a repeat client of Clayco, Buske Lines knew exactly who to call when the company needed a new warehouse/distribution center in Houston. Clayco’s Dallas office, then recently opened, went to work with Cannon Architects to design-build this 162,500-square-foot building.

Constructed using tilt-up concrete panels, the structure features a two-story office at the front and a 37-foot clear-height warehouse. The high cube distribution and warehouse facility houses and distributes cans and bottles for Anheuser-Busch.
