Despite harsh winter conditions, Clayco completed a 301,600-square-foot regional distribution center for Buske Lines, Inc. and National Wine and Spirits of Michigan, Inc. in only 110 days. Built for TMT Properties, the facility allots approximately 200,000 square feet to National Wine and Spirits and 100,000 square feet to Buske Lines.

The warehouse features a three-tiered, multi-million-dollar, state-of-the-art conveyer system, extra high ceilings, thirty drive-in dock doors and a high-tech ventilation system. Buske uses its portion of the warehouse to store and distribute empty beverage containers, and National Wine and Spirits ships up to 30,000 cases of liquor a day from the site.
