Built using concrete tilt-up techniques, the facility was completed on a four-month shell construction schedule.

Clayco and Lamar Johnson Collaborative provided design-build services for this 550,000-square-foot storage and assembly facility for Caterpillar, Inc. The facility houses a network of cranes for parts logistics to support Caterpillar’s mining business and includes a 300,000-square-foot extension space to house the businesses largest parts. Built using concrete tilt-up techniques, the facility was completed on a four-month shell construction schedule. The project features 30-foot clear heights, a performance based, energy modeling envelope, ESFR sprinklers throughout, under slab drainage system due to groundwater and onsite water quality treatment basins.
