Clayco was selected as the design-builder for this new warehouse and distribution center for Central Steel & Wire. The project will be 894,300 square feet and include 38,000 square feet of total office space. The warehouse space consists of 100 ft x 30 ft internal column bases and includes twenty 20-ton bridge cranes. The structural system of the facility is comprised of a heavy structural steel skeleton and precast exterior wall paneling.
Clayco has built over a half-dozen facilities in the University Park area.
