Chamberlain University – Phoenix

LJC and Clayco’s relationship with Adtalem continues, this time on their Chamberlain University campus in Phoenix, Arizona.

Building on the success of our first renovation at Chamberlain University School of Nursing in Miramar, Florida, our team renovated a two-story office building to create another state-of-the-art higher education nursing program for Adtalem in the Phoenix region.

LJC leveraged its extensive knowledge of healthcare and higher education learning and Adtalem’s brand standards to design a space that delivers on its vision. We created a space that is both inspiring and functional to attract students and support nursing program growth. The new space includes lecture classrooms, science classrooms, simulation exam rooms, nursing skills workshops, breakout study spaces, and a cafe and market.

We conducted interviews with the client, its constituents, and end-users throughout the design process to ensure the final design and programmatic changes align with their expectations. We understand that Adtalem has a unique vision, and we were committed to delivering a space that continues to build on its brand and reputation.
