Chevron Gulf of Mexico Headquarters – Parking Garage

1 2 / 2

Attached to the new headquarters is a five-story concrete parking garage.

Clayco provided design-build services for this 300,000-square-foot relocation of Chevron’s Gulf of Mexico operations from New Orleans due to Hurricane Katrina. Attached to the headquarters is a five-story concrete parking garage. Completed in just eight months, this relocation was crucial in maintaining business operations. Sustainable building features include raised access floor ventilation systems; very low-flow water closets, urinals and lavatories to reduce water usage; high-efficiency central plant heating and cooling systems; exterior sunshades to limit external glare; and increased performance glass.
