Clayco completed tenant finish work at the Chrysler plant in Fenton, Missouri, for The Fodale Group. Completed in less than a month, the project included adding a one-story, tilt-up concrete warehouse with 30-foot clear-height ceilings, five new dock doors and new dock equipment. Clayco also installed new site concrete paving and a storm sewer, working around an existing rail spur.
