Clayco completed a 385,000-square-foot expansion of a distribution center for Coldwater Creek, a national retailer of women’s apparel, jewelry, gifts and accessories. The distribution center features 36-foot clear heights, office space, a call center, a daycare center and dining facilities. Clayco also served as contractor on the original 366,000-square-foot facility.
