Clayco completed construction on a 1,107,000-square-foot distribution facility for Coleman, an international leader in the innovation and marketing of outdoor products, in the Midwest Commerce Center in Gardner, Kansas. The architect and interior designer was Lamar Johnson Collaborative.

The Coleman distribution warehouse, features a single-story, tilt-up structure with 32-foot clear heights. Clayco also did site development work, including grading, road construction, and sewer and water work, for Midwest Commerce Center.
