Clayco is building a 1.6 million square foot distribution center for developer CenterPoint Properties and their tenant.

Clayco is designing and building a 1.6 million square foot distribution warehouse including a 117,000 square foot shipping wing. The structure includes precast wall construction with TPO Roofing System. Outside, there are over 1,200 Trailer Stalls and over 400 car parking stalls.
Inside the warehouse there are three dedicated offices totaling 35,000 square feet of office space, over 170 loading dock positions, and 180 loading dock doors. The roof structure is reinforced to carry the load of conveyors and catwalks, while the MEP/FP Systems were designed in collaboration with the tenant vendors equipment.
The project is located CenterPoint’s Intermodal Business Park with quick access to I-80 and I-55 making it convenient for sipping and receiving product daily.
