Clayco is spearheading the construction of a significant distribution and flow center in Hudson, New Hampshire.

This expansive 1.4 million-square-foot facility is being developed on the former Green Meadow Golf Club property. The project is scheduled for completion in 2026. The facility will encompass a single building with a footprint of approximately 1.4 million square feet, supplemented by three accessory structures: a guard shack, a maintenance building, and a transportation building.

The development includes the construction of two new access roads featuring bridges over wetlands, as well as on-site infrastructure such as parking areas, stormwater management systems, and utility installations.

Significant efforts are being made to minimize environmental impact, including the preservation of wetlands and the implementation of erosion control measures. The project has undergone extensive environmental assessments to ensure compliance with local and state regulations.

Upon completion, the center is expected to create approximately 2,100 jobs, bolstering the local economy and providing substantial employment opportunities in the region.
