This is a develop-design-build project for CRG, Lamar Johnson Collaborative and Clayco.

This project is a 1.2 million-square-foot, tilt-up, distribution warehouse. The project also includes site work and utilities.

Site Visit

Our Clayco and CRG teams hosted a site visit for Mayor Terry Hartwick and the Chamber of Commerce to our project. This 1,200,000-square-foot distribution center is scheduled for completion in Summer 2023 and will incorporate the latest distribution facility features, technology and equipment to help it meet its customers’ demands.
