This distribution center in Kansas City was built by Clayco and designed by its subsidiary, LJC. Encompassing over 750,000 square feet, the facility is 40’ clear with material handling equipment including multi-level pick modules, conveyors, and racking.

The project includes 80,000 square feet of concrete mezzanine, 120,000 square feet of steel mezzanine, an 85,000-square-foot, DEA-controlled pharmaceutical storage area, and a 20,000-square-foot office space.

LJC served as the architect on the project.
