Rapid Packaging Systems (RPS), Inc. occupies 100,000 square feet of a 171,000-square-foot speculative distribution center developed by Covington Center, LLC. The center is located on a 10-acre site in Livonia, Michigan.

RPS’ distribution facility includes 97,000 square feet of space for sorting and 3,000 square feet for offices and a cafeteria. The sorting zone features the company’s sophisticated automating sorting system that unloads packages from trucks, reads bar codes to sort packages by route and conveys packages to the appropriate delivery van.

The remaining 70,000 square feet of warehouse space is served by 18 dock doors and is available for lease.
