Clayco completed construction on a three-story, 88,400-square-foot medical office/surgery facility for The Koman Group in its CityPlace development. A five-story, 532-car parking garage is available for employees and patients. Creve Coeur Surgery Center is Clayco’s fifth project for The Koman Group. Others include the 237,000-square-foot CityPlace Six office building, the 230,000-square-foot CityPlace Three office building, the 103,000-square-foot CityPlace Four office building and a 50,653-square-foot expansion to CityPlace Retail Center.
