Currwood Logistics

This project includes two spec warehouses in Hagerstown, Maryland.

The two warehouses total 1.3 million square feet and 300,000 square feet of facilities built with tilt-up construction. The project also included sitework and road improvements.

Clayco was also awarded the complete fit-out of Building 1 for the tenant Webstaurant. Webtaurant sells everything from toothpicks to high-end commercial cooking equipment.
