This is an integrated design-build project including Clayco, LJC and Concrete Strategies. Orange Regional Medical Center commissioned LJCe to master plan their campus anticipating the future needs of their community.
This $18.5 million project will be a 3-level, 600+ space parking garage with an ambulance bay and bridge connecting to the existing hospital. This new garage will offer the campus a chance to grow into much more with the Emergency Department Expansion that LJC is actively designing.
