Trammell Crow Company called upon Clayco to design-build an outpatient surgery center. Clayco paired up with Merriman Associates/Architects for the design of this unique structure that consists of single-story cast-in-place concrete panels.

The facility is located close to Baylor Medical Plaza. The center includes four operating suites, PACO, Pre-Op and three treatment rooms. It also provides 117 parking spaces.
