Clayco was selected to design and build a turnkey project for Gulfstream’s in Van Nuys, California. This facility is an aircraft hangar and MRO with all necessary ancillary customer areas, support offices, shop space, utility areas, etc., as well as all exterior improvements including an aircraft apron, fuel truck containment area, fuel farm, hazmat storage, site lighting and security, signage, entry road, employee parking, fencing, landscaping and all ancillary structures. Clayco was also responsible for designing and installing the infrastructure required to support the new facility.
