Clayco and LJC provided design-build services for this medical facility. The two-story, 21,500-square-foot medical office building houses a pediatric center, a two-physician doctor suite and a new entrance on the lower level. The upper level includes a conference room, office space for billing and insurance departments, and a 6,500-square-foot dialysis center. Clayco design-built the project in conjunction with architectural firm LJC.
