To help lead the supply chain evolution of one of the nation’s fastest growing tool companies, Clayco was commissioned to design and construct a 1,000,000 square feet expansion for Harbor Freight Tools in Dillon, South Carolina. This live expansion included load bearing tilt-up panels, 45’ deck heights, complex material handling systems, and integration with the internal workings of the existing building. Existing facility upgrades including life and safety equipment, data and network capability, and material handling systems infrastructure we key components to improving Harbor Freight’s business efficiencies.

Project Update
Harbor Freight and Clayco have entered into a Master Service Agreement ranging in scope from site development to roof repairs to pavement replacement of the existing distribution center adjacent to the distribution center being constructed now.
