Clayco renovated a 110,00-square-foot meat plant for HEB Grocery, including second floor offices, break room and testing facility. The two-story, brick with steel frame structure has a 32-foot clear-height and accommodates full meat plant operation including processing of specialty meats and marinating meats. This process consists of cutting, processing, packaging and shipping finished product to retail grocery stores.

This plant is located at the main distribution center for H.E.BUTT Grocery in San Antonio. The distribution center includes HEB’s milk plant, bakery, dry goods storage, frozen food distribution warehouse and truck facility.
