Clayco completed a warehouse expansion at I-170 Distribution Center for Summit Development Goup, LLC. The 153,000-square-foot expansion includes 88,000 square feet of refrigerated space. Temperature controlled zones include a 13,000-square-foot freezer, a 70,000-square-foot cooler and 12 docks maintaining a temperature of 35 °F. Three dock doors and one drive-in door serve the remaining 65,000 square feet of warehouse space.

The facility is constructed of tilt-up concrete panels, with insulated tilt-up panels in the freezer and cooler areas.
