Clayco was selected to provide site evaluation and design services including process and packaging systems for a new 8-acre greenhouse facility. This project includes one 150,000-square-foot head house and one greenhouse that will grow leafy greens. This site also includes a 30,000-sf office and innovation center. Scope of work also included site evaluation, due diligence, and front-end design.
