Clayco was selected to design-build a $4.5 million, 101,400-square-foot office/flex space building in the International Trade Center in Mount Olive, New Jersey. The single-story structure was the first of its kind at the International Trade Center, which is a 670-acre, multi-use, build-to-suit business park designated as a foreign trade zone.
Designed for multiple users, the flex building provides approximately 30,000 square feet of office space and 70,000 square feet of distribution/warehouse space. It features an upscale corporate entry marked by vertical glass elements contrasting with earth-tone tilt-up concrete panels. It has nine dock doors, 24-foot clear-height ceilings and space for a computer/call center or traditional office build-out.
