Clayco was selected to design and build a turnkey project for Jet Aviation in Van Nuys, California. The project includes turnkey design, engineering facility, construction and commissioning.

Clayco is responsible for building an aircraft hangar and FBO with all necessary ancillary customer areas, support offices, shop space, utility areas, etc., as well as all exterior improvements to include aircraft apron, fuel truck containment area, fuel farm, hazmat storage, site lighting and security, signage, entry road, employee parking, fencing, landscaping and all ancillary structures. Clayco is responsible for designing and installing the infrastructure required to support the new facility.
