Clayco served as the joint venture developer with Ridge Property Trust and as design-builder for a 1,369,000-square-foot distribution center in Monroe County, Pennsylvania. Johnson & Johnson Sales and Logistics Company LLC, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, entered into a long-term lease agreement for the facility. Located at 400 Tegawitha Road, it is the first development in Arcadia North Business Park. The distribution center was completed in summer 2007.
