Karis Cold Storage

The Karis Cold Storage project is located on a 68-acre industrial park in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Clayco and Lamar Johnson Collaborative were selected as the design build team for this food and beverage facility. When complete, the industrial park will consist of three buildings ranging from 140,000 – 450,000 square feet. The buildings will utilize concrete tilt-up walls, steel truss roof structures with metal deck and TPO roof system with R-20 ISO roof installation.
