Clayco was selected as the builder on these two warehouses in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania.

These two, 1-million-square-foot warehouses were built for Northpoint Development. Clayco and Northpoint Development have partnered to build over two dozen projects.

These new facilities feature 40′ clear heights, 76 exterior dock doors, and trailer parking stalls.
