Clayco completed a 157,780-square-foot manufacturing facility for LGS Technologies, a leader in the fabrication and die-cutting industry. Clayco provided complete design-build services for the project.

Located in Longhorn Business Park in Lancaster, Texas, the facility includes a 103,780-square-foot manufacturing zone, 18,000-square-feet of warehouse space and 28,800 square feet of office space. The air-conditioned manufacturing and assembly area includes light reflective floor hardeners and 25-foot clear-height ceilings to support massive 20-foot-high hydraulic presses, routers, lasers and water jets used in the fabrication process. The facility also features enhanced power supplies of 5,000 amps. The office component includes a two-story lobby, an exercise room and a large employee break room with an outdoor patio.
