Lollicup’s new facility in Rockwall, Texas is a 650,000 sf distribution, and manufacturing facility that includes approximately 27,000 square feet of office space. The building is constructed of painted tilt-up concrete wall panels with a mix of natural stone and clear anodized aluminum and tinted glass curtainwall accent panels, and steel structure with an inside clear height of 32’. The roof consists of steel deck with R-20 rigid insulation covered by a light colored TPO membrane. There are 66 fully equipped overhead loading dock doors and 3 drive-in doors. The office area includes a café that serves many of Lollicup’s products for its employees, with indoor dining as well as an outdoor dining patio.
Lollicup manufactures and distributes disposable food and beverage packaging products that they custom print on site. They also distribute bubble tea and beverage ingredients, cleaning products, and sanitation supplies.
