Clayco provided construction services for the 120,000-square-foot Market Street Lofts, located within the Willits Town Center. This multi-use community features single-family homes, condominiums and residential units, as well as retail, office and entertainment space for hotel or civic use.

Market Street Lofts includes 42 loft condominiums ranging in size from 1,000 to 2,000 square feet. Units feature balconies, in-unit washers and dryers, 12-foot ceilings, exposed steel and ductwork, a workout room and an interior courtyard. In addition, the project includes 40,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, underground parking and storage areas, and a 2,500-square-foot marketing suite for Willits Town Center in the Triangle Park Lofts building.
