Clayco completed this warehouse and distribution center for Mary Kay Inc., one of the largest direct sellers of skin care and color cosmetics in the world. Located in Prairie Stone Corporate Center in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, the office/warehouse facility is used for storing and distributing products to Mary Kay sales associates throughout the Midwest. The building also serves as a regional office center with finished office and lobby spaces. The facility includes a 10,000-square-foot data center. It features 30-foot clear heights and a precast concrete façade, finished with a color scheme that incorporates the pink shades made famous by the Mary Kay brand.
