Clayco was selected as the builder for this 1.8 million-square-foot warehouse for McCormick in Sparrows Point, Maryland. The scope of the project is a warehouse and distribution facility with office and retail space, along with trailer and automobile parking, private infrastructure, landscaping, and other related site improvements.
